真空冷却技术及其在食品工业的研究和应用
Vacuum Cooling Technology and Its Research and Application Status in Food Industry
【摘要】 本文对真空冷却原理和系统作了简要介绍 ,分析了真空冷却技术存在的优缺点。论述了国内外真空冷却技术的研究进展 ,举例介绍其在食品工业的应用情况 ,最后指出真空冷却技术今后的研究趋势
【Abstract】 The mechanism and system of vacuum cooling are briefly introduced in this paper.And the characteristics of vacuum cooling technology are analyzed.The research development and applications of this technology in food industry are also described.Finally the research tendency of vacuum cooling in the future is pointed out.
