PW12O403--ZrO2微孔杂化材料多相催化合成碳酸丙烯酯
Synthesis of Propylene Carbonate Catalyzed by Keggin-type PW12O3-40-ZrO2 Microporous Materials
【摘要】 采用溶胶 凝胶方法制备了Keggin结构PW12O3-40 ZrO2微孔杂化材料,并通过N2吸附等温数据测定、原子发射光谱(ICP AES)、吡啶吸附傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、固体核磁共振波谱(MASNMR)等测试手段对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,杂化材料中的Keggin结构阴离子仍然保留其基本骨架结构,并与ZrO2载体之间存在着较强的化学作用.制得的PW12O3-40 ZrO2复合材料能在温和条件下高选择性、高效率地催化合成碳酸丙烯酯.
【Abstract】 Zirconia-supported the Keggin anions PW12O3-40 microporous materials were prepared by the method of sol-gel method. Retention of the structure integrity of the starting PW12O3-40 in the as-synthesized composites was confirmed by FT-IR, solid state NMR, and ICP-AES. Also it was shown from the results that the strong chemical interactions between PW12O3-40 anions and zirconia networks existed in the composites. Selective synthesis of Propylene Carbonate from Propylene oxide and CO2 was investigated in the presence of PW12O3-40-ZrO2 catalysts under mild condition.
