玫瑰花色稳定性研究
Stuolies on Color Stability of Roses
【摘要】 研究了干燥、护色剂、生物大分子膜等处理对玫瑰花色泽稳定性的影响.结果表明:葡甘聚糖、β 环状糊精、柠檬酸等物质及高火短时的微波处理对玫瑰花的色泽有很好的稳定作用.
【Abstract】 Different treatments such as drying, protecting color agents and biopolymers were made on roses and the effects of different treatments on color stability of roses were studied. The results indicated that, Konjacgluco-mannan, β -cyclodextrin, citric acid, high-power and short-time micro-wave treatment could increase color stability of roses.
