【Abstract】 Different treatments such as drying, protecting color agents and biopolymers were made on roses and the effects of different treatments on color stability of roses were studied. The results indicated that, Konjacgluco-mannan, β -cyclodextrin, citric acid, high-power and short-time micro-wave treatment could increase color stability of roses.更多还原
