【摘要】 阐述了酵母培养物的营养成分、作用机理及其对动物产奶、增重等生产性能应用的研究.酵母培养物作为1种新型的"绿色"活性饲料添加剂,在动物营养方面的应用具有广阔的前景.

【Abstract】 Nutrition ingredient, action mechanism and effects of yeast culture on animal performance such as milk yield, weight gain were mainly discussed. As a pattern organic additive feed, yeast culture has broad prospect in the field of animal nutrition.
