膀胱癌肿瘤血管生成与GST-π表达的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨膀胱癌肿瘤血管生成与谷胱甘肽蛳S蛳转移酶蛳π(GST蛳π)的相互关系。方法:将82例膀胱癌手术切除标本分成原发组和复发组,应用S蛳P免疫组化法检测GST蛳π、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况,将数据作统计学处理。结果:复发组的膀胱癌MVD、VEGF、GST蛳π指数明显高于原发组(P <0.05或P <0.01),VEGF和GST蛳π存在正相关性(P< 0.01),MVD和GST蛳π存在正相关性(P <0.01)。结论:膀胱癌VEGF高表达在肿瘤血管生成中起重要作用,VEGF和MVD与GST蛳π在诱导膀胱癌耐药方面可能存在着协同机制,VEGF、MVD与GST蛳π在膀胱癌中的联合检测对判断肿瘤的生物学行为和预后及化疗药物的敏感性预测有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and determine their relationship with glutathione S-transferase-π(GST-π). Method: 82 cases of bladder transitional cell bladder carcinoma were assayed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The exponent of VEGF, MVD, GST-π in relapse group were higher than the in primary group(P <0.05 or P <0.01),VEGF and GST-π had positive correlation(P <0.01), MVD and GST-π had positive correlation(P <0.01). Conclusions: The higher expression of VEGF in bladder transitional cell carcinoma had an important role on the tumor angiogenesis. VEGF, MVD and GST-π had a synergical mechanism on inducing drug resistance of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.The union detect of VEGF, MVD and GST-π had an important significance in the treatment and prognostic analysis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
