【摘要】 目的　观察老年人外周血白细胞细胞间黏附分子 - 3(ICAM- 3)的变化。方法　 53例老年人 (60～ 80岁 )根据临床情况不同分为老年A组 (除年龄外无其它冠心病危险因素 ,身体健康 )和老年 B组 (伴有高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症等 ) ;30例健康青年人 (2 5～ 46岁 )作为对照。观察老年人外周血单核细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞 ICAM- 3表达的变化。结果　老年 B组单核细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞 ICAM- 3平均荧光强度明显低于对照组(53.1± 1 7.2 ,76.8± 1 9.1 ,t=5.1 79,P<0 .0 0 1 ;81 .0± 2 6.4,1 0 9.5± 1 9.5,t=4.831 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ;31 .7± 9.7,36.7± 8.3,t=2 .2 0 1 ,P<0 .0 5) ,老年 A组与老年 B组 ICAM- 3表达无明显差异。单核细胞、粒细胞 ICAM- 3平均荧光强度与年龄、血清总胆固醇、体重指数呈负相关 ,其中以年龄影响强度最大。结论　老年人外周血白细胞 ICAM- 3表达下调 ,主要与年龄增加有关 ,也可能受血清总胆固醇、体重指数等因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) -3 expression on the peripheral leukocytes in the elderly. Methods According to the clinical features, 53 aged people (60-80 years old) were assigned to group A. (without traditional coronary risk factors apart from age) and group B (accompanied with hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc). And 30 healthy young people (25-46 years old) as controls. The expression of ICAM-3 of the peripheral leukocytes was examined by flow cytometry. Results Mean fluorescence intensity of ICAM-3 on monocytes (53.1±17.2 vs. 76.8±19.1, t =5.179, P <0.001), granulocytes (81.0±26.4 vs. 109.5±19.5, t =4.831, P <0.001) and lymphocytes (31.7±9.7 vs. 36.7±8.3, t =2.201, P <0.05) were decreased in group B compared with controls. There was no significant difference between group A and group B. Mean fluorescence intensity of ICAM-3 on monocytes and granulocytes were negatively correlated with age, serum total cholesterol level and weight index, of which age was more intensive. Conclusions Senile people experience the down-regulation of ICAM-3 expression on peripheral leucocytes, which is closely related with aging, and it may also be affected by other factors such as serum total cholesterol level and weight index.更多还原
