直升机空气循环制冷系统方案比较

【摘要】 针对直升机对环境控制系统的特殊需求 ,介绍了两种可实际应用于直升机的简单式空气循环制冷方案 ,论述了简单式低压除水系统和高压除水系统的工作原理 ,进行了性能计算和分析。结果表明 ,两种系统方案分别可以提供 4 .13kW和 5 .5 6kW的制冷量。比较而言 ,引射式高压除水系统可充分利用有限的发动机压气机引气 ,获得更多的制冷量 ,并具有较小的系统重量

【Abstract】 Special requirements of environmental control system on helicopter were stated. Two kinds of simplified air cycle refrigeration systems that can be applied were described. The working principles of the simplified low-pressure dewater system and the high-pressure dewater system were discussed. Finally the performances were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the refrigeration capacities of these two systems are 4.13kW and 5.56kW respectively. Injected high-pressure dewater system can fully use the bleeds to gain more refrigeration capacity and has less weight relatively.
