【摘要】 目的评价疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法30例糖尿病并周围神经病变患者用疏血通注射液4ml加入0.9%生理盐水250ml中静脉点滴,每日1次,疗程14d。结果治疗14d后神经病变自觉症状、神经传导速度及血液流变学指标均改善,总有效率达70%。治疗前后神经传导速度及血液流变学指标比较均差异有显著性。治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论疏血通注射液是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Shuxuetongzhusheye on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods:Thirty patients with DPN were treated with Shuxueytongzhusheye 4 ml solved in 250 ml normal saline intravenously once every day for 14 days. Results: The symptoms of DPN, nerve conducting velocity and parameters of haemorheology were all improved after 14 days. The total effectiveness was 70%. There were significant differences in the two latter items before and after treatment. There were no severe side effects during treatment. Conclusion: Shuxuetongzhusheye is a kind of safe and effective agent for DPN.更多还原
