一氧化氮与青光眼视功能损害的关系

【摘要】 目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)在青光眼患者视功能损害中的作用及机制 ,为患者视功能的康复提供新的思路。方法 :5 5例青光眼患者根据视功能损害程度和沿盘面积比分为 3个阶段 ,即早期青光眼 16例 ,进展期青光眼 2 1例和晚期青光眼 18例 ,另设正常志愿者 30例 (正常组 ) ,应用化学比色法测定其血浆中NO的含量。结果 :青光眼患者血浆中NO的含量水平较正常组显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,早期NO水平降低 ,进展期和晚期降低更显著 ;沿盘面积比与NO水平呈负相关。结论 :青光眼患者血浆中NO的含量减少与青光眼视功能损害程度有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the role of nitric oxide (NO) of blood serum in the deterioration of visual function and the mechanism in the patients with glaucoma. Methods: According to the degree of deterioration of visual function and the area ratio of C/D, 55 patients with glaucoma were fallen into three stages: 16 at early stage, 21 at progress stage and 18 at late stage. Thirty normal volunteers served as control group. The NO levels in blood serum were determined by chemical colorimetry. Results: The serum NO level in the patients with glaucoma was obviously decreased as compared with that in the control group ( P <0.01). The NO levels of the patients with glaucoma were significantly decreased at the progress and the late stages as compared with those at the early stage. There was a negative correlation between the area ratio of C/D and the levels of NO. Conclusion: The decreased serum NO level in the patients with glaucoma may be highly related to the deterioration of visual function.
