【摘要】 目的 :通过回顾性资料分析探讨外侧型高血压性脑出血治疗方案的选择、术中注意要点及术后的康复。方法 :2 12例外侧型高血压性脑出血患者均采用手术、药物与康复训练等治疗。结果 :2 12例患者中手术后死亡 17例 ( 8.0 2 % ) ,康复治疗 195例 ,获随访 182例。治疗前与康复治疗 6个月后比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :对外侧型高血压性脑出血患者早期外科干预及康复治疗可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce our experience in surgical emergency treatment of the lateral type of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and investigate the selection of measure, intraoperative keys and rehabilitation. Methods: Clinical data of 212 cases of the lateral type of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. All of patients underwent hematoma evacuation, medication and rehabilitative treatment. Results: The overall mortality was 8.02 %. 195 cases were subjected to the rehabilitative treatment and 182 cases of them were followed up. The discrepancy before and after treatment was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Satisfactory outcome could be expected when the immediate evacuation of the hematoma and rehabilitation was performed on the patients with the lateral type of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
