【摘要】 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症多种方法手术后复发的原因及再次手术方法。方法:根据病人首次腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗方法及复发的临床表现,采用脊髓造影,CT,MRI检查,了解复发的原因,采用不同的再次手术方法。结果:52例病人随访0.5～15年,平均3.5年,优28例,良17例,可5例,差2例,优良率为86.5％。结论:腰椎间盘突出症采用不同的手术方法都可能出现复发,再次手术必须根据病情,方能取得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the reasons of recurrence lumbar disc herniation after surgical treatment and analysis the reoperation methods. Methods: CT, MRI were used for the preoperative localization of recurrence, and then the different reoperations were used again according to the recurrence of first operations. Results: 52 cases had been followed-up 0.5～5 years (average 3.5 years). As a result, excellent 28 cases, good 17, normal 5, and bad 2. The proportion of excellent and good cases was 86.5%. Conclusions: Recurrence will happen after all different methods of surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation, but good results will emerge if reoperation are used according to the patients’ condition.更多还原
