髌内侧支持带的解剖观测及临床意义
Anatomic study of the medial patellar retinaculum and its clinical implication
【摘要】 目的:观察髌内侧支持带的解剖学特点,探讨其对髌股关节稳定性的作用。方法:采用50例经福尔马林固定的成人尸膝标本,观测髌内侧支持带的形态学特点。结果:髌内侧支持带包括浅、深两层。浅层较薄,深层又包括内侧髌股韧带(100%)、内侧髌胫韧带(100%)和内侧髌半月板韧带(80%)三个独立结构,其中内侧髌股韧带是将髌骨固定于股骨的主要结构。结论:在髌内侧支持带中,内侧髌股韧带对限制髌骨外移起决定性作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the anatomic features of the medial pate llar retinaculum and its role in patellofemoral joint stabilization. Methods: Fi fty adult cadaver knees fixed with formalin were used for anatomic study, and th e medial patellar retinaculum were observed and measured. Results: The medial pa tellar retinac ulum was composed of two layers, superficial and deep layer. Th e superficial layer was very thin. The deep layer included three discrete struct ures: the medial patellofemoral ligament (100%), the medial patellotibial liga ment(100%) and the medial patellomeniscal ligament (80%). Among them, the medi al patellofemoral ligaent was the key structure to fix the patella to the femora l bone. Conclusion: Among the medial patellar retinacula, the medial patellofem oral ligament plays a crucial role in restraining lateral displacement of the pa tellar.
