【Abstract】 Recently, with the improvement of people’s living condition, with the higher safety and quality of food demanded by clients,and also with the highly thinking by government,cold chain in food industry is consummating steply. Cold Storage is a key in cold chain and the refrigerated docks and relative equipments are the most important sectors in cold storage to ensure the integrality of cold chain.
