【摘要】 目的　提高手术中乳腺肿块快速诊断的准确性。方法　对 10 4例乳腺肿块手术中快速病检病例 ,同时进行印片细胞学及冰冻切片检查 ,并与术后石蜡切片最后诊断对比。结果　 10 4例乳腺肿块手术中冰冻切片确诊 99例 ,确诊率 95 .19% ,术中印片细胞学确诊 10 1例 ,确诊率 96 .15 % ,二者共同确诊10 3例 ,确诊率 99.0 4 %。结论　将印片细胞学及冰冻切片共同应用于乳腺肿块手术中快速病检 ,可以互相弥补 ,减少误诊 ,提高快速诊断的准确性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses.Methods(We took) both imprint cytology and frozen section detection, and compared the results with the postoperation histopathologic diagnosis.Results Among 104 cases, 99 were diagnosed correctly with frozen section, (95.19%) for correct rate; 101 were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology, (96.15%) for correct rate; considering the combination methods,103 were diagnosed correctly and the correct rate reach to (99.04%).Conclusion Use both imprint cytology and frozen section detection during operation can increase the accuracy of rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses.更多还原
