平流式冷凝器传热流动性能理论研究

【摘要】 平流式换热器与常规换热器相比有其无可比拟的优点 ,常用作汽车空调系统中的冷凝器 ,其制冷剂侧的传热和流动特性与常规换热器有很大不同。本文比较了不同型式冷凝器的结构特点和工作原理 ,并详细分析了制冷剂在平流式冷凝器多孔扁管内的传热流动机理 ,希望能为该类换热器今后的研究、设计和校核提供一些依据

【Abstract】 The parallel flow type heat exchanger is usually equipped as the condenser of the automobile air conditioning system because of its incomparable virtues. The heat transfer and flow characteristics in the refrigerant side are different from those of traditional heat exchangers. The present paper provides an introduction and comparison on the structural characteristics and working principle of different types of condenser. It analyzes the heat transfer and flow mechanism on the condensation of the refrigerant in the multi port extruded tube of the parallel flow type condenser in details. It can provide efficient evidence to the study, design and check of this type of heat exchanger.
