【摘要】 目的 :了解功能性构音障碍 (FAD)儿童的智力水平和智力结构情况 ,探讨FAD与语言发育的关系。方法 :采用韦氏幼儿智力量表 (C -WYCSI)对 4 2例FAD的智力功能进行测试 ,并与 4 7例正常对照组儿童进行比较 ;两组儿童表达生语言发育时间的比较采用t检验。结果 :FAD组的总智商 (FIQ)、言语智商 (VIQ)及操作智商 (PIQ)均在正常范围 ,但FIQ、PIQ显著低于对照组 ;智力结构中动物下蛋 (AE)和木块图案 (BD)分测量表分及知觉组织因子显著低于对照组 ;FAD组平均表达性语言发育时间为 15个月 ,对照组为 13个月 ,两组比较存在显著性差异。结论 :FAD儿童总的智力水平正常 ,但PIQ、FIQ落后于正常儿童 ;FAD儿童存在语言发育延迟现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the intelligence level and its structure of children with functional articulation disorder(FAD),and to discuss the relationship between FAD and language development.Methods: The intelligence of 42 children with FAD and 47 normal children wwere tested by means of the Wechsler Young Children Scales of Intelligence(C-WYCSI).Results:The full intelligence quotient(FIQ),verbal IQ(VIQ) and performances IQ(PIQ) in FAD group were in normal range,but FIQ and PIQ were significantly lower than those of control group.The animal egg and block design subtest scores and perceptual organization factor scores in FAD group showed significantly lower than those of the control group.The average beginning time of speaking was 15 months in FAD group and 13 months in control group,and significant difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion:The total intelligence level of children with FAD was normal,but FIQ and PIQ were lower than those of normal children.Language development delay can be seen in children with FAD.更多还原
