【摘要】 目的 :本研究旨在编制中小学教师职业倦怠问卷。方法 :用自编中小学教师职业倦怠问卷测试了山东泰安和莱芜两市的 36 7名中小学教师以对问卷进行信效度检验。结果 :①自编中小学教师职业倦怠问卷可以提取三个因素 ,分别命名为情绪疲惫、少成就感和去个人化。②自编中小学教师职业倦怠问卷的各项信度和效度指标均达到了心理测量学要求的水平。结论 :自编中小学教师职业倦怠问卷具有较好的信度和效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop and validate the Burnout Questionnaire for measuring teachers’ job burnout. Methods: This Burnout Questionnaire was administered to 367 primary and secondary teachers from Taian and Laiwu city in Shandong province. Results:①According to the results of exploratory factor analysis, there were three factors of job burnout, namely emotion exhaustion, increasingly decreased sense of achievement and depersonalization. ②The Job Burnout Questionnaire was tested to be reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure teachers’ job burnout. Conclusion: The Job Burnout Questionnaire in primary and secondary teachers was demonstrated to have good reliability and validity.更多还原
