【摘要】 设计了中性束注入器低温冷凝泵内多点温度及中性化室真空度的远程数据采集方案,采用现场数据采集模块进行信号转换。通过数字信号传输到上位计算机进行远程数据采集,达到了对系统中的液氮温区、液氦温区和真空度等工作状态的实时监测,为分析低温冷凝泵以及中性化室的工作特性提供了依据。

【Abstract】 A remote data acquisition system available to multipoint temperatures in cryopump and neutralizer vacuum was designed, using an in-situ data acquisition module to transform signals. The remote data acquisition is to do by way of transmitting digital signals to computer so as to implement the real-time monitoring for such working states such as the temperature and vacuum pressure. Thus, a reference was provided for analyzing the working performances of cryocondensation pump and vacuum of nertralizer.
