【摘要】 根据文献和实践经验 ,综述了非蒸散型吸气剂 St70 7和 St10 1的性能特点以及 NEG在实际应用中要注意的问题

【Abstract】 Introduces the characteristics and performances of the non-evaporation getters NEGs St707 and St101 and some problems are proposed to deal with in their applications,based on relevant literatures and experience got from practice.
