真空冷冻干燥法制备纳米氧化铝陶瓷粉的实验研究
Experimental study on alumina ceramic nanopowder prepared by vacuum freeze-drying process
【摘要】 以廉价的硫酸铝为原料 ,首次选取次醋酸铝为前驱体 ,用真空冷冻干燥法制备出平均粒径为 10~ 2 0nm的氧化铝纳米微粉。文中给出了前驱体制备及煅烧分解的反应原理 ;详细介绍了前驱体溶液的制备、冻干、煅烧和样品测试的实验全过程 ;就前驱体选取、溶液浓度、冻结速率及冻干工艺对所制粉体品质的影响 ,作了理论和实验的讨论
【Abstract】 A new preparation process is developed for alumina ceramic nanopowder, i.e. the vacuum freeze-drying process. With alumina sulfate taken as inexpensive raw material and alumina acetate as precursor, the process can provide the alumina nanopowder of which the average sizeis 10~20 nm. Describes the reactions of preparation and decomposition of the precursor used and the whole experimental process including preparing the precursor solution, freezing, drying, calcination and specimen testing. Discusses theoretically and experimentally the effects of the selection of precursor, solution’s concentration, freezing rate and the freeze-drying process on the quality of the nanopowder prepared.
