双室真空高压气淬炉闸阀壳体的三维弹性有限元应力计算

【摘要】 采用ANSYS大型有限元结构分析软件对双室真空高压气淬炉闸阀壳体进行弹性有限元应力分析。用APDL语言实现三维实体建立模型、施加约束与载荷、单元划分等过程的参数化,给出了双室真空高压气淬炉闸阀壳体的应力分析结果,提出了对闸阀壳体结构设计的改进意见。

【Abstract】 The ANSYS program for FEM analysis of heavy-duty structures is introduced into the gate valve casing of a dual-oven high-pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace of which the APDL language is used to parametrize such processes as 3-D solid modeling, constraints/loadings setting and element dividing. With the stress analysis results given, how to improve the construction of the gate valve casing is discussed and proposed.
