钛表面等离子冶金技术的研究
Vacuum plasma alloying as surface treatment technology for Ti-materials
【摘要】 采用双层辉光放电产生的低温等离子体,在工业纯钛表面制备出表面钛合金,已经研究出了钛表面制备Ti-C合金和Ti-Zr合金等工艺方法。
【Abstract】 Ti-C and Ti-Zr alloying surface layers were successfully prepared for commercial pure titanium meterials by means of low-temperature plasma which was formed through bilayer glow discharging process. Describes the technological process of surface plasma alloying.
