前体氨基酸对avermectin生物合成的影响
Effects of amino acid precursor on the avermectin biosythesis
【摘要】 Avermectin(AVM)是十六元大环内酯类抗生素 ,其类似物的组成及产量受外源氨基酸的强烈影响。本文研究了 Asp、Thr、Val、Met、Ile五种前体氨基酸对 avermectin生物合成的影响。实验结果表明在发酵开始前加入 0 .0 5 %的异亮氨酸 ,AVMB1a的效价比对照提高了 2 0 0 %。同时 ,初步定量研究了添加各种氨基酸对 avermectin产生菌除虫链霉菌的菌丝形态的影响 ,探讨了菌形与 avermectin合成能力的相关性。
【Abstract】 Avermectin (AVM) are 16-membred macrolide antibiotics. Biosynthesis of AVM was greatly influenced by extraneous amino acids. Effects of five amino acids precursor (Asp, Thr, Val, Met, Ile) on the AVM biosynthesis were studied. Results showed that the AVM potency was increased by 200% when 005% isoleucine was added, and the influence of the addition of amino acids on mycelial morphology was investigated quantitatively. At the same time, the relevance between the mycelial morphology and the ability of AVM biosynthesis was also discussed.
