【摘要】 通过不同诱变剂对万古霉素产生菌东方拟无枝酸菌SIPI-43491的处理,结合卡那霉素、万古霉素和甘油选择平板,经过约10000样次的筛选,得到一株生产能力比出发菌株提高10倍以上的高产万古霉素突变株。通过对万古霉素发酵工艺和分离纯化工艺的研究,得到一条适合工业化生产万古霉素的制备工艺。由此得到的万古霉素产品,其各项质量指标均符合第25版美国药典。目前已经开始生产上市。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using different mutational approaches for strain improvement coupled with kanamycin,vancomycin and glycerin as selective pressure,a high vancomycin -producing mutant of which the productivity was 10 times higher than the parent was obtained.By researching the fermentation and purification processes,a process for the production of vancomycin on industrial scale was obtained.The quality of the final product meets the requirement of the 25th USP.更多还原
