光束线真空联锁保护系统性能评估测试
Beam-Line Vacuum Interlock Protecting System Performance Evaluation of the First Phase of NSRL
【摘要】 光束线真空联锁保护系统的主要功能是在束线薄窗破裂或实验站发生灾难性事故时,防止大气直接冲入储存环真空系统,并尽量减少漏入环真空室的气体量。光束线真空联锁保护系统主要由快阀、门阀、压力传感器(真空规)和控制系统等组成。本实验室一期时研制的第一套真空联锁保护系统进行了模拟性的性能测试。性能测试所得到的数据为光束线真空联锁保护系统的实际应用提供了可靠数据。
【Abstract】 The main function of beam-line vacuum interlock protecting system is to stop air directly go through the beam-line into the storage ring if a catastrophic accident happened in beam-line or experiment station. A beam-line vacuum interlock protecting system consists of fast-closing valve, gate valves, sensors and control system. The performance of the first vacuum interlock system in national synchrotron radiation laboratory in Hefei was measured in simulation experiments. The reliable data were obtained.
