【摘要】 目的:探讨中央型颈脊髓损伤患者后期手部功能重建的临床疗效。方法:对按截瘫手功能国际分类为OCu4~OCu5的19例患者共23只手,用多组肌腱移位的方法重建其抓握、对掌功能。结果:共转位肌腱89条。随访12例,9例12只手抓握及对掌功能显著改善,基本恢复生活自理。3例3只手功能有改善,但不满意。结论:多组肌腱移位治疗中央型颈脊髓损伤后期手部运动功能障碍可以取得较好效果,对提高患者生活质量有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire into the curative effect of reconstruction of hand’s function in later period after injury of central cervical cord.Method:According to the international classification(OCu4～OCu5)of paraplegia of hand,19cases of patient(23hands)underwent the reconstruction in the function of prehension and opponeus by trausferred some tendons.Result:There were89tendons transferred,and12cases were fol-lowed-up.The function of Prehension and opponens were improved remarkably in12hands.The function of3hands were improved,but not satisfactory.Couclusion:We can achieve the better curative effect through using transferred some tendons to tract the motion of hand in later period after injury of central cervical cord.It is benefit for the improvement of patient’s living quality.更多还原
