【摘要】 目的 :观察清开灵、复方鱼腥草联合口服抗生素对急性气管 -气管炎的疗效。方法 :363例随机分为三组 ,分别用清开灵胶囊联合抗生素 (清开灵组 )、复方鱼腥草口服液联合抗生素 (鱼腥草组 )和单纯服用抗生素 (对照组 )治疗。结果 :清开灵组总有效率 91 .80 % ,鱼腥草组 92 .5 0 % ,对照组75 .2 1 %。清开灵组、鱼腥草组与对照组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;清开灵组与鱼腥草组比较 ,差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :用清开灵胶囊、复方鱼腥草口服液联用抗生素治疗气管 -支气管炎的中西医结合方法疗效显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated Qingkailing, Co.Yuxingcao and oral antibiotics in treating acute trachea bronchitis. Methods:363 cases of clinical patients were collected and randomly divided into integrated Qingkailing decoction and antibiotics (amoxicillin caps, cefactor caps and roxithromycin dispersed tabs) group(IQAB group), integrated Co. Yuxingcao decoction and antibiotics group(IYAB group) and simple oral antibiotics group(antibiotics group). Then to investigate their curative effect with statistics, and compare the curative effect of above antibiotics in those groups.Results: ①The total effective rates in IQAB group, IYAB group and antibiotics were 91.8%, 92.5% and 75.21% respectively(76.2% in amoxicillin caps group, 77.8% in cefactor granules or caps and 72.1% in roxithromycin caps or dispersed tabs group).②There were significantly difference about total effective rates among these three groups( P <0.01).③There were no significantly difference about total effective rates among different antibiotics in IQAB group and IYAB group( P <0.05). Conclusion:Treating trachea bronchitis with IQAB or IYAB both has a significantly curative effect, which is worth going on studying thoroughly.更多还原
