【摘要】 目的 :了解野生绞股蓝复方治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 :高脂血症患者 1 35例随机分为治疗组 68例和对照组 67例 ,分别以野生绞股蓝复方和野生绞胶蓝单方治疗。观察两组治疗前后组间血脂变化、临床症状改善及副作用的发生情况。结果 :治疗组有效率明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。两组 TC、TG、LDL- C均明显下降 ,但治疗组下降幅度高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组 HDL - C上升幅度高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :野生绞股蓝复方调节血脂作用优于野生绞股蓝单方 ,而且副作用的发生率低于野生绞股蓝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Jiaogulan multiple recipe widely in treating high blood lipid syndrome. Methods:Cases of high blood lipid syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, which were treated by Jiaogulan multiple recipe and Jiaogulan sole recipe born widely . The vary of blood lipid, improvement of clinical syndrome and side effect were observed and compared.Results:The curative effect in treatment group was higher than that in control group significantly(P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG AND LDL-C in both groups decreased obviously, while there was significant difference in that two groups(P<0.05). The level of HDL-C in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:the regulation-lipid effect of Jiaogulan multiple recipe born widely was better than that of Jiaogulan sole recipe, and the side effect occurrence rate in former group was lower than that in latter group.更多还原
