【摘要】 目的 :观察降气化痰理血法治疗食管重建术后全食管炎的疗效。方法 :降气化痰理血法治疗食管重建术后食管炎 62例 (治疗组 ) ,并与西药治疗 5 6例 (对照组 )作对照。结果 :两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组总有效率 87.1 % ;治疗组临床主要症状改善明显 ;纤维内镜显示食管粘膜炎性改善 ,两组 期、 期比较差异都具有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :降气化痰理血中药具有缓解和消除临床症状 ,改善食管粘膜炎性状况 ,具有抗炎 ,抗胃肠反流和提高机体术后恢复能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiangqihuatanlixue methods on esophagitis after reconstruct of esophagus.Methods:62 cases of esophagitis after reconstruct of esophagus were treated by Jiangqihuatanlixue methods of TCM, and 56 cases by western medicine as control group.Results: The total effective rate was 87.1%, which was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05), and the syndrome in treatment group was improved obviously. It was indicated in fiber endoscopy that the Comparison with mucositis of esophagus of Ⅱ and Ⅲ period in two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiangqihuatanlixue decoction has the effect on relieving and dispersing clinical syndrome, improve the condition of mucositis of esophagus, prevent returning of stomach and intestine, and improve the recovering ability of body after operation.更多还原
