聚合物阳离子沥青在吉林油田花九区块的应用
Application of polymer cation asphalt at block Hua-9 in Jilin oilfield
【摘要】 吉林油田花九区块属松辽盆地南部中央坳陷区长岭凹陷花敖泡构造 ,地层层理发育 ,断层密度大 ,易发生井漏、井塌、卡钻等复杂情况。现场使用的硅胺聚合物钻井液体系 ,可满足上部地层钻井施工要求 ,但在下部施工过程中井壁不稳定现象较严重 ,常发生井壁掉块、起下钻遇阻、甚至井塌等井下复杂事故。为了解决这些问题 ,研究并应用了聚合物阳离子沥青钻井液。 30余口井的应用结果表明 ,聚合物阳离子沥青具有较强的抑制能力和一定的降滤失能力 ,与目前使用的硅铵聚合物钻井液的配伍性良好 ;能有效降低泥饼的摩阻系数 ,不起泡、不提粘 ,钻井液性能稳定 ;有利于对地层微裂缝的封堵 ,有效减少漏失量 ,有利于井壁稳定 ,避免了因井漏导致的井壁掉块带来的卡钻事故的发生 ,使测井一次成功率由原来的 0提高到了 80 %以上 ;明显降低钻井液成本 ,是一种性能良好的钻井液处理剂
【Abstract】 Complex accidents such as circulation loss, sloughing and pipe sticking frequently encountered at Hua 9 block in Jilin oilfield where formation beding is growthful and fault is dense. Silicon amine polymer drilling fluid system presently used in field can satisfy generally drilling requirements of shallow formation but often causes the above serious accidents in deep formation. To solve the problems of the block, polymer cation asphalt drilling fluid was used in about 30 wells and the results showed that polymer cation asphalt has strong inhibition, certain reducing filtrate loss capacity and good compatibility with conventional silicon amine polymer drilling fluid presently used.Effectively reducing frictional factor of mud cake and with no foam producing and no viscosity increasing in the fluid, it is useful for plugging formation micro fracture and ensuring holebore’s stability. By using it, once success rate of the logging was increased more than 80% and cost of drilling fluid were obviously decreased.
