自定心钻床的研制
Study on Self-aligning Drilling Machine
【摘要】 在介绍自定心钻床设计原理的基础上 ,对钻床的对心效应和受迫振动进行了研究 ,并建立了简化的振动模型 ,提出了抑制振动的方法。自定心钻床 ,可部分地代替大型数控铣在大型天线零件上钻高精度小孔
【Abstract】 Based on the introduction of the principle of the self-aligning drilling machine, we studied the aligning effect and the forced vibration, established the simplified vibration model, and presented the method to restrain the vibration. This kind of self-aligning drilling machine can drill the small holes with high precision on the large component of a Radar Antenna partly instead of a large-scale NC mill machine.
