数控瓦托铣床控制系统的研究
Study on the Control System of CNC Brake Block Holder Milling Machine
【摘要】 将电液比例方向阀应用于数控瓦托铣床,实现了闸瓦托的自动精确定位、角度自动调整、高度自动调整以及铣刀进给速度自动调整等功能。设计了数控瓦托铣床的液压系统原理图和系统工作原理。建立了系统的数学模型并进行了数字仿真。在实际系统中应用了模糊PID控制后,大大提高了系统的性能,证明了此方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper applies electro -hydraulic proportional directional valve into CNC brake block holder milling machine and achieves the functions of accurately positioning automatically, adjusting angle automatically, and adjusting feeding speed of milling cutter automatically for the brake block holder miller. It designs the hydraulic system principle chart and the electric system principle chart of the CNC brake block hold-ermiller. It establishes the mathematical model of the system and makes the numeric simulation. After fuzzy PID control is applied in the real system, the performance of the system is improved remarkably, which proves the validity of this method.
