谈高校学生管理工作的创新
On the innovation of the student administration in universities and colleges
【摘要】 学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,在新时期,搞好学生管理工作要针对学生的新特点,创造性地开展工作。
【Abstract】 Counselors’ administrative work is important part involving all the administrative work in universities and colleges .This article,beginning with students’ characteristics in new era,expounds the role of counselors in univertes and colleges.
