【摘要】 目的 :应用改良Ilizarov外固定器治疗复杂的踝关节骨折脱位。方法 :对 2 4例复杂踝关节骨折脱位采用手法复位 ,闭合穿针改良Ilizarov外固定器固定进行治疗。结果 :本组2 4例中优 12例 ,良 10例 ,差 2例 ,总优良率 91.67%。骨折的平均愈合时间为 7.5周。结论 :应用改良Ilizarov外固定器治疗复杂踝关节骨折脱位疗效满意 ;应用橄榄针穿针弹性固定下胫腓联合分离 ,符合生物学固定的原则 ,是治疗下胫腓联合分离的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the treatment of complicated malleolar fracture-dislocation with the improved Ilizarov fixator.Method:Twenty-four patients with complicated malleolar fracture-dislocation were treated by manual reduction and fixed with the improved Ilizarov fixator through closed pin penetration.Result:In the group,12 were excellent,10 good and 2 poor.The total percentage of good clinical results was 91.67%.The average healing time were 7.5 weeks(from 6 to 8.5 weeks).Conclusion:Treating complex malleolar fracture with improved Ilizarov fixator is an effective method and applying the Olive Stop Wires is a new optional way to treat the distruption of the tibio-fibular joint.更多还原
