【摘要】 目的 :探讨治疗儿童骺板部分早闭的手术及评价其疗效。方法 :对 8例骺板部分早闭患者采用牵拉骺分离、关节镜下切除骨桥、自体骺软骨填充、早期纠正成角及短缩畸形。结果 :随访 1～ 4年 ,1例患者骺板已生理闭合 ,7例患者骺板无早闭现象 ,无成角畸形 ,其中 2例患者有肢体缩短 ,1例 0 6cm ,1例 1cm。结论 :采用牵拉骺分离、关节镜下切除骨桥、填充自体骺软骨 ,可以防止骨桥形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the surgical techniques and the therapeutic effect for the treatment of the early partial closure of the epiphyseal plate in children.Method:Eight cases with the early partial closure of the epiphyseal plate were treated by distraction of the epiphyseal plate and bony bridge resection and implanting auto-epiphyseal cartilage under arthroscopy to adjust angular and shortening deformity.Result:The results of the follow-up (1～4 years) were as follows:physiological closure of the epiphyseal plate occurred in 1 case,no early closure of epiphyseal plate and angular deformity were seen in 7 cases,shortening deformity in extremities were seen in 2 cases (one is 0.6cm,the other 1cm).Conclusion:Using the distraction of the epiphyseal plate and bony bridge resection and implanting auto-epiphyseal cartilage under arthroscopy can prevent bony bridge formation.更多还原
