【摘要】 目的 :介绍肩锁关节骨折脱位喙锁韧带撕裂重建手术的新方法。方法 :沿锁骨外 1/3的前下缘切口 ,暴露锁骨及喙突 ,用 1.0mm直径的双钢丝 ,自喙突下穿过 ,在锁骨外 1/3钻孔 ,用钢丝固定重建喙锁韧带。结果 :用该方法治疗 5 0例 ,均能达到肩锁关节骨折脱位复位和喙锁韧带撕裂分离后重新闭合间隙的目的。结论 :该手术方法的设计 ,符合生物力学的要求 ,方法简单 ,复位作用良好 ,能早期恢复上肢的运动功能 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduct reconstruction of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and tearing of ligament coracoclavicular of internal fixation with wire. Methods:The incision was along distal 1/3 of clavicle to expose the clavicle and coracoid process. Using  1mm double wires, through subcoracoid process and drilling on the distal 1/3 of clavicle by wire to fixate for reconstruct ligament coracoclavicular.Result:Fifty cases of ligament coracoclavicular tearing had excellent or good results. Conclusion:This operative procedure design accords with biomechanical demands. The wire internal fixation is a reasonable,effective, and simple operation.更多还原
