【摘要】 目的 :总结应用逆行交锁髓内钉 (Retrogradeinterlockingintramedullargnailing)治疗股骨远端骨折的经验。方法 :本组病例共 3 0例 ,按AO/ASIF分类 :A1型 14例 ,A2型 5例 ,A3型 5例 ,C1型 3例 ,C2型 2例 ,C3型 1例 ,均采用GSH钉治疗。结果 :随访平均 15个月 ,按自拟疗效标准 :优 2 2例 ,良 6例 ,可 2例 ,差 0例 ,优良率 93 %。结论 :GSH钉是治疗股骨远端 (AO分类的A、C型 )骨折有效、良好的内固定材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical experiences of treatment of fracture of inferior segments of femur with retrograde interlocking intramedullarg nailing (GSH). Methods: Thirty patients who suffered from fractures of inferior segments of femur were treated by GSH nails.According to the classification of AO/ASIF,there were 14 cases of Type A1,5 of Type A2,5 of Type A3,3 of Type C1,2 of Type C2 and 1 of Type C3.Results:The average follow up time were 15 months. In our criterion of therapeutical effect,it showed that the excellent in 22,good in 6, fair in 2 and bad in 0. Conclusion:GSH is an effective and good internal fixation material in the treatment of fracture of interior segment of femur.更多还原
