硝基化合物和酯一锅法制备酰胺
One-pot syntheses of amides from nitroarenes and esters
【摘要】 二碘化钐(SmI2)在四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中还原硝基化合物,可以生成氮负离子中间体,该中间体具有较高的反应活性.以此为基础,用酰化能力相对较弱的酯作酰化试剂,与硝基化合物通过一锅法以较高的收率合成了酰胺.该制备酰胺的方法具有原料易得、反应条件温和及操作步骤简捷等优点.
【Abstract】 Nitroarenes can be reduced by samarium diiodide to afford a nitrogen anion,which is a living species and can be acylated by relatively weaker acylating ester agents.Several amides were prepared by means of this approach with a one-pot procedure.The advantages of the method are mild reaction conditions,simplified operational procedure and the raw materials easy to get.
