通用数据采集系统的信号调理
Signal Conditioning in the Universal Data Acquisition System
【摘要】 计算机数据采集系统在工业控制和科学实验等各类测试测控现场中有着广泛的应用.该文首先介绍了通用数据采集系统的组成及信号调理的重要性,然后以热电偶温度传感器及热电偶温度变送器为例,介绍了传感器调理,且说明了变送器与传感器的主要区别;最后在给出典型信号调理电路的基础上,说明了通用数据调理功能及电路实现,对基于PC机和ADC卡的通用数据采集系统的信号调理具有借鉴作用.
【Abstract】 The universal data acquisition system, which is based on PC and multiple - function ADC card, is widely used in the real - time measurement and control in industrial and scientific research. This paper discusses, first of all, the requirements of sensor - conditioning in the light of thermocouple temperature sensor, then the concept of transducer in comparison with the thermocouple temperature sensor and its transducer and, finally, a typical signal conditioning circuit for practical use to deal with the universal data conditioning functions.
