【Abstract】 Developed by the China National Hybrid Rice Research and Development Center, Xinxiangyou 63, i.e., Xinxiang A (aromatic)/Minghui 63 (non-aromatic), is a high-yielding and good quality combination with some proportion of aromatic grains on its panicles. The female parent Xinxiang A is an aromatic CMS line, improved from the aromatic Xiangxiang 2A by crossing V20B to Xiangxiang 2B (V20B/MR365). In February, 2001, Xinxiangyou 63 was registered and released in Hunan Province. The yield performance and major characteristics including agronomic characters, grain quality and pest resistance were introduced in detail. The main technical points for its cultural management and hybrid seed production were also related in the paper.更多还原
