中国梨木虱在梨树上的序贯抽样技术研究
Study on the sequential sampling technique of pear psylla(Psylla chinensis Yang et Li) on the pear
【摘要】 在对浙江东部沿海地区梨园中国梨木虱(PsyllachinensisYangetLi)调查分析的基础上,研究了中国梨木虱在梨树上的序贯抽样技术。结果表明:中国梨木虱的平均拥挤度 m与平均密度 x回归方程为 m=-0.59+1.41 x,相关性极显著;以Iwao的序贯抽样为基础,结合Kuno的序贯抽样提出复序贯抽样技术,防治(t=2,D0指标上限T0′(n)=3n+24.92n,下限T0″(n)=3n-24.92n,截止线T(n)=-0.59+1D02-1.41-1n=0.15),最大的样本数为n=27。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the investigation on pear psylla ( Psylla chinensis Yang et Li)in orchards of the eastern coastal region of Zhejiang province,sequential sampling technique of pear psylla was studied.The results showed that the regression equation of mean crowding ( ) and mean density ( ) of pear psylla was: =-0.59+1.41 ,with a very significant correlation; on the basis of the Iwao’s sequential sampling technique and combined with the Kuno’s sequential sampling technique, the complex sequential sampling was put forward.The upper limit , lower limit, and close string ware T0′(n)=3n+24.92n,T0″(n)=3n-24.92n,T(n)=-0.59+1D02-1.41-1n (t=2,D0=0.15) for target pest,respectively.The largest number of specimen was 27.
