【Abstract】 Effects of commercial organic fertilizer made from pig manure on the quality of pakchoi and spinach grown in plastic-sheet-covered sheds were studied. The results showed that application of organic manure increased the yield and content of vitamin C,soluble sugar, and reduced nitrate content of the vegetables compared with chemical fertilizer. The difference of crude protein content in the vegetables affected by organic manure and chemical fertilizer was very little.更多还原
