花椰菜熟期性状的遗传效应及其与环境互作分析

【摘要】 以6个花椰菜亲本进行不完全双列杂交,对亲本和F1的营养生长期、结球期和成熟期三个熟期性状,采用加性—显性及与环境互作的遗传模型进行遗传分析。遗传方差分量的比率估算表明,各熟期性状除受制于遗传效应外,还会明显受到各遗传效应与环境互作效应的影响。其中,营养生长期和成熟期的表现主要以遗传效应为主,而结球期以遗传效应与环境互作效应为主。遗传效应的预测值表明,采用P1和P2较易获得早熟后代。

【Abstract】 An incomplete diallel crossing experiment with six cauliflower inbred lines and their F1 generation was conducted to evaluate the genetic effects of vegetative stage, heading stage, and maturity stage by using the additive-dominance model of genetic effects and genotype×environment interaction effects.The estimation of the proportions of genetic variance components to phenotypic variances indicated that all the maturity traits were significantly affected by genotype×environment interaction effects as well as by genetic effects. Both vegetative and maturity stages were mainly controlled by genetic effects, while heading stage was affected by genotype×environment interaction effects.The prediction of genetic effect value showed that the early-maturity progenies could be more likely segregated through selecting P1 and P2.
