黄牡丹花粉萌发特性的研究
Study of pollen germination characteristic of Paeonia lutea
【摘要】 对黄牡丹的花粉萌发条件的研究结果表明:4个黄牡丹居群花粉萌发所需pH值表现出两水平分化;而对硼酸质量浓度的要求则差异不大,为0 07~0 08g·L-1;4居群花粉萌发所需蔗糖质量浓度的差异较大,表现出蔗糖质量浓度高低与黄牡丹垂直分布呈正相关,高海拔分布的居群其花粉悬液萌发所需的蔗糖质量浓度达140 00g·L-1。研究还表明在干燥低温(2℃左右)条件下,黄牡丹花粉存活时间约为140d,较其变异类型存活时间长,但其花粉萌发力则弱于其变异类型。图4表2参16
【Abstract】 The findings of the conditions for the pollen germination of Paeonia lutea showed that pH values needed by four different Paeonia lutea populations took on two level differentiation. There was no much difference among four samples in the concentrations of boric acids, which were about 0.07~0.08 g·L-1.There was significant difference in the concentrations of cane sugars in different samples. There was a positive correlation between the values of sugar concentrations and the altitudinal distribution. The concentration of sugar needed by the pollen germination of population in high altitudinal zone was 140 g·L-1.The study also showed that in the dry and low-temperature (about 2 ℃) conditions, the pollen of Paeonia lutea could survive for about 140 d,which was longer than its variation.However, its pollen germinability was lower than its variation.
