金华北山七子花林土壤的微生物和酶特征研究

【摘要】 通过对金华北山七子花林和无林裸地土壤的微生物和酶特征研究表明:土壤微生物区系组成中,细菌占绝对优势,放线菌次之,真菌最少;七子花林各层土壤中,细菌、放线菌、真菌数量自上而下逐渐减少,各土层细菌、真菌数量均较无林裸地高;无林裸地放线菌数量自上而下逐渐增多;0~5cm土层七子花林土壤放线菌数为对照(裸地)的2.94倍,而在20~25cm土层,对照(裸地)土壤放线菌数量略高于七子花林;七子花林土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶活性与对照(裸地)之间存在一定的差异。

【Abstract】 Studies were carried out on soil microbial and enzymatic features in Heptacodium miconioides forest and bare lands at Beishan, Jinhua,Zhejiang province. The results showed that among soil microorganisms, bacteria were predominant, actinomyces the next and fungi the last. The number of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi decreased from the upper to the lower soil layer. The number of bacteria and fungi in each soil layer was higher than the control. In the layer of 0~5cm, the number of actinomyces was higher than control by 194%, while in 20~25cm layer, the number of actinomyces was less than the control. Difference of the soil enzyme activity between H. miconioides forest and bare lands were recognized.
