【摘要】 目的 :探讨综合疗法和单纯牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较。方法 :治疗组选用牵引治疗配合电运动治疗仪及穴位注射治疗 ,对照组仅采用单纯牵引治疗。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 5 1.7% (31/6 0 )、好转率为 4 6 .7% (2 8/6 0 ) ;对照组治愈率为 2 1.7% (13/6 0 )、好转率为 73.30 % (4 4/6 0 ) ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :综合疗法明显优于单纯牵引治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To explore the therapeutic efficacy between combination therapy and single therapy on intervertebral disk displacement.Methods:Traction therapy,electrical kinesitherapy and acupoint-injection therapy were used in observation group,and only traction therapy was used in control group.Result:The theraputic efficacy in observation group was ninty-eighty percent (59/60),whereas the efficacy rate in control group was ninty-five percent (57/60),P<0.05.Conclusion:Combination therapy on intervertebral disk displacement is better than single therapy on it.更多还原
