【摘要】 在搜集整理大量古代针灸处方的基础上总结归纳出了不同时期针灸方的选穴规律 :在宋以前 ,针灸方主要是单穴或少量穴位成方 ,选穴首要选阿是穴 ,其次多选相应的经脉穴或五输穴 ,也就是以局部穴位为主 ,配伍相应的远端穴位 ;宋以后 ,针灸方以多穴方为主 ,多用循经选穴和辨证选穴方法进行推导组方。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the rules of selecting points was based on the means of collection,systematization and research of the ancient acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions.Before the Song dynasty,the early acupuncture-moxibustion prescriptions chiefly combined the "neighboring point selection" including distal points according to "symptomatic point selection".After the Song dynasty,more multi-point prescriptions emerged.And during this period,the rules of point selection had several characteristics as follows:Selecting points according to differentiation of channels;Selecting points according to differentiation of syndromes;Selecting points according to the indications of points,or application of other theories.更多还原
