【摘要】 目的 :观察推拿旋转复位法配合针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 :以推拿旋转复位法为主 ,配合毫针刺法 ,每日 1次 ,连续治疗 2 0次左右。结果 :治疗 181例中 ,临床治愈 14 4例 ,占79.5 6 % ;好转 36例 ,占 19.89% ;无效 1例 ,占 0 .5 5 % ,总有效率达到 99.4 5 %。结论 :本疗法中 ,用推拿旋转复位法 ,最大限度的增宽腰椎间孔和椎间隙 ;配合针刺法消除神经根及周围组织的无菌性炎症 ;在疗程上 ,1日 1次连续治疗 2 0次左右 ,能恢复腰椎和周围组织的自动调节能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of 181 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral treated with reduction by massage rotation and acupuncture.Methods:The therapy method was reduction by massage rotation and acupuncture,one time every day,20 time a course.Results:In 181 cases,144 cases clinic cure,79.56%;36 cases improvement,19.89%;1 cases inefficiency,0.55%,the total effective rate was 99.45%.Conclusion:In the therapy method,reduction by massage rotation can increase the maximum limitation width of intervertebral foramen;Acupuncture can eliminate aseprtic inflammation of nerve root and peripheral constitution.In a course,the therapy method can recover automatic accommodation ability of peripheral constitution and lumbar vertebrae.更多还原
