【摘要】 目的 :了解阳泉市中小学生HBsAg携带情况 ,为制定防治措施提供依据。 方法 :采集被监测者血用酶联免疫吸附实验做HBsAg检测 ,结果用Excel统计分析。 结果 :监测 1986名学生HBsAg阳性者 4 3名 ,总阳性率为 2 .16 % ;其中 ,私立学校阳性率为 2 .31% ,公办学校阳性率 2 .0 5 % ;男生阳性率为 2 .76 % ,女生阳性率 1.39% ;私立学校小学、初中、高中生HBsAg阳性率分别为 1.4 4%、2 .2 6 %、2 .87% ,有随年龄增长而增加的特点。结论 :阳泉市中小学生HBsAg阳性率明显低于全国总体水平 ,但HBsAg防治工作不能放松 ,要加强对住校生的管理工作 ,对易感者普遍接种乙肝疫苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status of students carrying HBsAg in Yangquan city, in order to make out preventive measures. Methods: Pupil’s HBsAg was detected by ELISA and the result was analyzed by Excel software. Results:The HBsAg’s total positive rate of 1986 examined pupils was 2.16%, in which the positive rate of private school students was 2.31%, of council school students was 2.05%; that of boys 2.76%, of girls 1.39%. The positive rate of pupils, junior high school students and high students of private school were 1.44%, 2.26%, 2.87%,which was increased with age. Conclusion:The HBsAg’s positive rate of students in Yangquan city was distinctly under to the countrywide average, but the prevention and cure work of hepatitis can not be relaxed. to manage students in residence should be strengthen, and it is very essential to inoculate HBV bacterin with susceptibles at large.更多还原
