【摘要】 目的 :探讨大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间肾上腺髓质细胞超微结构的变化。方法 :采用透射电镜观察了肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞超微结构的变化。结果 :溃疡组术后 4d、6d髓质嗜铬细胞中NA细胞增多 ,细胞内有较多颗粒 ,细胞中可见扩张的内质网和胞质缺损区。结论 :肾上腺髓质细胞可能直接或间接参与了大鼠实验性胃溃疡修复的调解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study on the changes of adrenal medulla cells of rats during the self-healing process of experimental gastric ulcer.Methods: The transmission eletron microscope was used to study the ultrastructure changes of adrenal medulla cells of rat during the experimental gastric ulcer.Reasults: There were more noradrenaline cells in gastric ulcer group than those of normal group on the 4th and 6th days after operation.The noradrenaline cells were rich in membrane-bound secretory granules.In these cells,there were dilatant endoplasmic reticula and there was cytoplasm lesion.Conculsion:The present studies prove that the adrenal medulla cells directly or indirectly participated in the regulative balance of endocrine during the self-healing of the experimental gastric ulcer and here we provide morphological evidence.更多还原
